As Director & Lead Designer at Mighty Little Web Shop, Heather offers a rare combination of expertise as a web strategist, marketing consultant, graphic designer and web coder. Her attitude exudes bright optimism, as she leads brand strategy and website projects at the Mighty Little Web Shop. With a keen understanding of people, Heather inspires both her team AND customers to reach optimal results. When she isn’t at her desk you might find her in a yoga class or out hiking on the Billy Goat Trail.
Owner and Creative Director
As the creative director at Mighty Little Web Shop, Neal offers an steady and studied approach to logo projects and UX design. He believes that the devil is in the details and his exacting work is reflected in the craftsmanship of all of our websites. Neal is also the Creative Director at MillerCox, a publication design firm (and our parent company) in Silver Spring, MD. If he isn’t at his desk, you might find him coaching his daughter’s soccer or out for a run with one of his friends.
Jen’s goal is always an on-time, on-budget website. Jen is our amazing Project Manager at Mighty Little Web Shop. She brings forth a thoughtful, client-oriented perspective on managing client projects and addressing the administrative details of the design process. As a multitasking project guru, Jen brings enthusiasm, patience, and organization to the Mighty Little Web Shop and each project we take on.
Bringing Mighty websites to life, one line of code at a time! Austin makes every strategy come to life in HTML, CSS and PHP. He is a huge WordPress enthusiast and not only speaks geek, he also speaks human. Over the years has figured out how to solve every technical challenge we have thrown his way, and that’s why working with him is always fun and productive. When he isn’t at his desk you might find him traveling across the country to a ultimate frisbee tournament.

Keeping Mighty and client brand’s in the spotlight. Eva is our social media guru, and she knows the power of social media to connect small businesses to their biggest supporters. She love strategy just as much as she loves implementation. If she isn’t inside her headphones listening to a podcast about social media marketing, you might find her out for a hike or exploring DC.
